Happy Monday and welcome to Week 5! I didn't have any suggestions for this week so I am making up my own. I know that I, personally, am struggling with getting in enough miles. I need to kick it up a notch. So, this week's challenge...take last week's miles and add a mile or two this week. Let's push ourselves. I need to get my miles in since I have challenged myself to lose 10% over the challenge instead of 8%. I can't do it if I'm not walking!

Let's push ourselves! AND...as always...if you have more suggestions for mini challenges for future weeks...please inbox them to me! It's great when I have your input because then I know what interests you!

    Adding more miles is a great one!!! I started off so good, but as weeks go by I found myself slacking on my miles. Let's get hold of those miles everyone.

    My miles for last week were terrible because of being out of town for a funeral, 2 days of travel with no time to walk, yada yada yada...so I'm going to add the extra to my highest week's miles and not last week. Great challenge idea, by the way. I'm having trouble getting all the miles in too. :)

    Great idea! I am going to get in a little extra today as the weather is actually nice, which is unusual for this time of year.
