Has anyone here ever tried the Dukan diet??

    Hi, slightly irrelevant, but I work for the company that does their marketing and they get VERY bad press and we hear nothing but negative stories about them. Just be careful

    Yes. Tied it. Didn't work for me. MFP did though =)

    I tried it and after 6 days collapsed at work after eating nothing but protein. I know lots of people that have tried it but also found it unsustainable.

    It is working for me !! Down 33 pounds in 7 weeks and I'm not hungry. Biggest problem for me, is most days I have to force myself to eat enough calories.
