NO NOVEMBER NONSENSE!! WEEK 2 (Closed Group)

Hey all!!! Hope everyone had a wonderful and active weekend! I did some wonderful family centered actives this weekend. Saturday was a walk to the park with my hubster and little man and chased him around and up and down the ladders to the slides. and Sunday was our Halloween party, we played games and the only time i sat down was to eat (and i did pretty well keeping everything in moderation :drinker: )
So that was my weekend, how was yours? What are your plans for today/this week? Shall we aim for a higher total calorie burn than last week? More miles? 10 more minutes even though your too tired to go on? ALL OF THE ABOVE?
Also, everyone please log in your weigh in and measurements so i can transfer them to this weeks spreadsheet. ALSO if you didnt get the memo from last week, THIS weeks spread sheet can be found in the SAME document just change the week tab at the bottom left of the page and continue to log your activities!
We're all doing a GREAT job! Let continue strong this week!!!!!

I like this idea! I think i will plan out my week too, odds are it will change here and there but i can't rearrange things later. )0 -
I was off Friday and Saturday. So I went to the store Friday morning and spent most of my time outside Friday after the grocery. Saturday I did up the laundry that was left and said I was going to do JM but instead spent most of it outside again. It was my day off and I wanted to be outside so I walked some more on Saturday.
Sunday I worked on Sunday and after work Daniel and I went out and did some window shopping. Wasn't anything to buy though I did find a new perfume that smelled nice. I'm kind of hoping he'll get it for me as a Christmas present but who knows. it would be nice. Saw a prettty necklace too. This was at Kohl's for both necklace and perfume. It was a purple heart with a silver overlay. I don't know how to describe it right but it was pretty. The perfume was made by Beyonce, a nice soft flower smell not to overpowering at all. Let me see if I can find picture of necklace.

Today is Monday and I work again the split shift from 9 to 1 pm and from 5 to 9 am. I'll get in some sort of activity/exercise during the time off and cook up dinner. A burrito bake recipe that was found on the site. We'll see how it turns out. I'm using ground turkey instead of ground beef. I'll let you all know how it goes.
Stepped on the scale and was pleased to see it down the 1.2 lbs. I wasn't bad or anything this weekend I just like seeing the numbers going down. :laugh: I'm now at 210.8 which is the lowest weight I've been at in a long time. 6 more pounds and I'll have reached a 20 lb loss! I'm excited. I logged my weight and measured bits in the spreadsheet.
As far as this week I'm just going to take it day by day and see where it takes me. I'll do what I can when i can and the results will come.

Had a good weekend. Slept in on sat AND sun :yawn: :happy:
On sat watched the fireworks from my bedroom window and my OH made a lil display :explode: (of fireworks mind!! :noway: ) lol
It was also our anniversary on sun , we had a lovely dine in for £10 from tesco and unfortunately went a wee bit over on the calories but hopefully I had made up for it in the past week.
Going to gym tomorrow to weigh-in as class is cancelled tonight . Going home for some wii zumba instead followed by 30DS.
I'm going for a bigger cal burn this week as I'll be meeting my sisters on Sun as it's one of their birthdays so some alcohol will be consumed as well as pizza :drinker: . Hopefully then I can offset that this week.:glasses:

My sick self slept all weekend. Hubby was home and I took advantage of that. He is gone again. I am still sick but feeling a little more human. Going to hit my goals this week.0

Good morning Nononsesers!! The weekend was great. My almost 3 year old decided it was time to start pottying!! Yay!! I never thought I'd get so excited about pottying ;-) I didn't do so great eating, but I made up for most of it with being active. Weekends kill me. This Friday is dh's birthday so we'll be in New Orleans eating some great food, at least I'll be able to get in some walking through the city. Saturday is an LSU home game so I'll be able to walk some there too. I'm not sure on Sunday yet, but I WILL be active. lol Not too much to plan for exercise. I will walk (hopefully) most of the days this week after work and still work in some jogging/running. My knee is feeling much better so I will give it a go again. I think I may not have warmed up good enough last week so that's why it was hurting. Hope everyone has a GREAT week!0

does anyone else have issues with upsie/downsies with weigh-ins?i try really hard not to do it more than once a week, but i find myself jumping on every couple days... and one day im up 2, 3 days later im down 3, 2 days later im up 2....
I hate logging those ups and downs, but when my person 'official' day is one day, and different challenges require different days... what do you do?
any advice... or personal experiences?0 -

You dont have to weigh in Monday....Weigh in whenever, i honestly dont care for a monday either and was thinking of weighing in Fridays (me personally) and just putting it in the box.0 -
I am just logging in my weight on Friday's and doing it once a week. I get on each day but that is the only day I use for challenges and my own personal weigh in.0
