Hello All:

My name is Amanda and I have joined fitness pal because I've made a promise to myself that i refuse to break which is to work on my weight. I feel beautiful so my purpose for this course of actions has nothing to do with image it has everything to do with health. I new to this so please give me good ideas or suggestions to stay on top of things. Cheers to my success and yours.

  • Good for you! My suggestion is that if you have a poor meal or a poor-eating DAY, that you get back up and don't let that derail you! Just keep going.

    The first thing I did was get a food scale. You will be shocked to see how different a portion is to what you think a portion is.
    Many people wonder why they are not losing, I think it is because they are eating 2x's more then they think.
