My name is Amanda and I have joined fitness pal because I've made a promise to myself that i refuse to break which is to work on my weight. I feel beautiful so my purpose for this course of actions has nothing to do with image it has everything to do with health. Good for you! My suggestion is that if you have a poor meal or a poor-eating DAY, that you get back up and don't let that derail you! Just keep going.0

The first thing I did was get a food scale. You will be shocked to see how different a portion is to what you think a portion is.
Many people wonder why they are not losing, I think it is because they are eating 2x's more then they think.0
