    1408 today. 60 minutes running 60 minutes biking and 15 minutes abs.

    OK looks like this is the first one with actually numbers :) I'm at 917 so total is :

    2325

    I'm at 795 right now, I believe. I still have a TurboFire workout to do so I should easily it 1000!


    35 min elliptical, 20 min stationary bike, 30 walking, plulling my kids in their wagon and a hiit workout. Mondays are normally my big burn days!

    I burned 1009 calories today.
    Add that to the number above me and it comes out to 2184!!

    I'm done for the day 60 mins of weights/cardio/abs this morning, 1/2 hour walk and a 25 min game of indoor soccer. :)

    i didnt make it today =( blaahhhhh.... didnt manage my time right today so had to do a short workout... will we be doing this again next monday!?

  • I would also like to do this again next Monday. I unfortunately didn't make my number yesterday, but will be more diligent next week!
