I've been on this site for awhile, but as soon as I started college, I completely forgot about it. Since September, I've gained about 20 pounds back and want to make a positive lifestyle change once again.

I'm 18, turning 19 next year and could definitely use the support of others. I will try to be as supportive as possible in return.
Elementary education major and freshman at a Big Ten college, I'm going to try to take advantage of the gym and stay closer to the vegetarian options.

I'm lactose intolerant, yet I still drink/eat everything dairy. So from now on, cutting that out and sticking to soy milk, which I enjoy anyways.

Feel free to add me and I'll add in return! :)

  • College is rough. I started her in January and Im about three pounds shy of losing the 26 pounds I gained fall semester of freshman year. It's a tough transition, but if you find something you love that keeps you motivated, it gets much better.
This year I became so attatched to spinning at my campus' gym. It's wonderful!
I hope it gets easier for you, and of course, I'm always here. :)

Truth be told, I actually have a membership to my school's gym = shame that I don't go, but definitely changing that up. I'm hoping it gets easier for me as well, thanks for the encouragement. :)

Plus congrats on only being three pounds away!
