I have seen lots of recipes on here that involve cooking with whey protein. Not just mixing it in but cooking in the oven or on the stove.
Won't this make the whey protein not as good for you?

So all of you who put whey protein into baked goods etc have no opinions or research on if the heat affects the whey protein?
Is it still just as good for you as if you mix it up in a shake?0 -
As far as my research has gone. The whey won't be affected in anyway. Shakes are always good as well. Drink one every morning.
1 cup of skim milk
1 scoop of whey protein
1/2 cup of oats
1 banana
Ice cubes

No..Heat can denature a protein but its no big deal..When you cook an egg the heat denatures the protein.0
