I have the video and was really good about doing it for a week or so then i gave up, I hope it works for you!0

I am on day 4....... 2nd time around....easier then the 1st time that's for sure!!0

I own the video....have never watched it because I do different types of exercise. Will probably start it when it starts getting too cold outside and snowy to get to the gym.

It was the first fitness DVD I ever did, and that was only 6 months ago. I lost 20 pounds and gained a ton of confidence. So much so, that I am now in the 2nd week of Phase 2 of P90X!!!!!!
You will be majorly sore for a couple of days. Power through it, and you will be amazed by the changes in your body. (A word of caution, here, though. If you are prone to foul language in stressful circumstances, make sure there are no children in the room when you work out!)

I am restarting today! I did it for 2 weeks and then didn't do it for 3 weeks after that! I am back at it for 30 days today! Woot!0

I'm on Day 7, it gets easier....Day 1 and 2 almost killed me, but stick with it. I can already see the difference in the mirror and in my pants and shirts with how they fit. Good luck!0

Good Luck! I will be doing it sometime next year. I have to wait till I have the baby and thenn 6 weeks pp, and I don't think I will be ready to do it for a month or 2 after I am 6 weeks pp. But I can not wait to do it. I did it last year and I was happy with my results.0

I'm in....did it this morning and let me tell you....walking down the stairs afterwards, I know I will hurt tomorrow!!!!! I know we'll all kill it (and I agree, you'll be yelling at her)!!!!!0

I started it back in the first of October, and did it for about 9 days straight, and lost TONS of inches and a couple of pounds, but then I stopped doing it!!! I am thinking of re-starting it here soon!! Good luck and stick with it and you'll get GREAT results!!0

I just started last week but only did 2 days of it earlier in the week. I am going to commit to doing it everyday though. Glad to be on this journey with others.
By the way, I know it works as I was so very sore last week after I did it!0 -
I will try the 30 day shred starting today I have had this dvd for over a year and have yet to do anything with it so I will take my measurements when I get home.0
