Well I did it and only ate one piece of pizza tonight for dinner. I really could eat 4 more slices if truth be known. How many calories do you calculate for regular cheese pizza from any local pizza parlor? The ones listed at this site and all over the web seem to range from 300 to 800.....regular crust, sauce, cheese...not oversized. Just a regular ole slice of pizza. If I knew I probably could have had 2 slices, but I was afraid to go over. Any suggestions about what number you use?????

Where was it from? The caloric content might be in their site. I think it will be pretty much close to any other pizza chain. Just compare it to any site that posts the nutrition info such as pizza hut, pappa johns, etc Good for you eating just one slice!!! I never get to do that  :flowerforyou:

Thanks for the input but it wasn't a chain like Dominoes, Pizza Hut, etc....it is just a mom and pop delicious pizza shop.

regular sized, with a regular amount of cheese and regular crust is probably just under 300cals to be honest. Pizza can be high cal when you eat tons off it or the slices are enormous but in this case I think you're safe to have another slice.
  • thats what I was thinking Kerri .....
