I'm having my "usual".
A huge pile of salad greens with some baby carrots / tomatoes / whatever mixed in.
A handful (1/2 C or less) of Chow Mein noodles on the salad for crunch.
Dressing (low-fat Ranch today).
A chicken breast diced on top.
I have a banana for later. It's fast, cheap, relatively good for you, and at around 300 Calories, leaves me room for a snack later. I should add that today's a rest day for me, so I can't count on "exercise calories" to keep me at my 1840 calorie goal for today.0
