RE-introducing myself!

Hey MFP!
I'm not new....but trying to RE-NEW myself! :)

So I've been doing this weight loss for about 6 months. I took some breaks and have been trying for the last week or so but lacking motivation and need some help. I need people to add me ( If they wish :) ) that have idea's on fitness plans. Maybe you're part of an awesome challenege? Maybe you did a master cleanse? Whatever it is.. I need some help and I need it bad.

I feel like the people I have on mine... have either disowned me due to my randomness or just aren't as talkative maybe? haha

    What you need is to eat clean, stay motivated and make this a whole lifestyle. Yo yoing is only going to make you gain more everytime.
