Pumpkin Cookies!
This is a recipe I just posted on my blog here:

Pumpkin Cookies
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1.5 tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
Beat the pumpkin, egg, and vanilla extract into the butter until nice and creamy.
Add the dry ingredients to the liquid bit by bit until fully incorporated.
Drop tablespoons of the batter on to a greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 19 minutes, and cool on a cooling rack.
If you'd like, you can feel free to ice or frost them, however we didn't - they taste great on their own!
