I put my exercise in before working out and then...

the instructor accidentally goes 15 minutes longer than planned with class! :bigsmile: So I worked out for an hour doing spin class (which is very vigorous and burns a lot of cals)
So I feel like I have to have a million calories now, lol. I had some BK for supper (side salad, 6 piece cheesy tots, and a whopper Jr) AND I had a piece of chicken that my BIL made, (some easy chicken bake thing with chicken, stuffing, etc.)
I still have 562 left, so now I'm going to make a shake with some low fat ice cream and PB.
Whatever is left after that is just not going to get eaten, I can't gorge myself here, I already feel so full from dinner! :noway:

I have had similar situations happen to me. I figure if I am full and satisfied with what I have eaten and still haven't used all my calories, my body must be telling me something. There are days I may go over slightly on calories, it seems to balance out. I am short between 100 up to 400 calories some days, particularly on the step/ cardio pump class days....still working for me.0

Yeah, I am way too full to try to eat more. I still have 133 left after my shake, so not going to happen.
I do feel guilty because I did go way way way over on my sodium, today was junk food all day, but at least I stayed under my calories.
I do feel kind of gross though, so tomorrow I'm not eating so much junk.0
