This is my 5th day on MFP and I just thought I'd wander over here to the message boards not knowing what to expect... What a warm surprise to see all the support you guys give each other! That's what everyone needs to stay motivated! I'm really lovin' MFP so far.. It has really helped me feel more in control about my diet. AND I really think there is no better feeling than logging in a workout. I think this is just what I needed... I already feel a difference in what I'm reaching for at meal time... and in the meals I prepare for the fam! I mean, it's all common sense (If You Eat Cheeseburgers Everyday and Don't Exercise, You Will Gain Weight!!)... but I guess I just needed to have the math spelled out for me! I've got a lot of weight to lose... but I'm excited to get started. One day away from my before picture... and one day closer to my after pic!

Couldn't agree more with this. I'm already noticing my food eating habits changing and I just started yesterday. Being only 22, I don't want to mess up the rest of my life right off the bat.0 -
