Welcome to the site. Great community and lots of good advice.
I would recommend using the "remember meals" under "quick tools" if there are groups of foods that you commonly eat. For example, if you tend to make yourself a garden salad with a certain kind of dressing, it's easier to "remember the meal" as a salad and then add it from the "my meals" section the next time you have one.0
