What to do with a packet of chicken breasts

Getting bored, give me ideas. My general go-to's are fajitas, tacos, dry rubbed and grilled or baked.

Ever tried brining them before grilling or baking? Try it. You may never go back.
Maybe make a stir fry.
Maybe go thai style and make "Swimming Rama" - chicken over a bed of spinach, covered in peanut sauce.0 -
ALLRECIPES.COM - look up Southwest Chicken. Spice it up however you like (I usually go with the canned spicy tomatoes, and add extra garlic, and whatever veggies you like). It is a favourite of mine and my bf is HOOKED!!!0

Chicken breast topped with salsa, a squirt of itatian salad dressing and a bit of feta cheese - wrap this in tinfoil and bake in the oven until chicken is cooked0

butterfly them, pound out a little thinner and stuff with your choice of fillings and roll up. brown on both sides and throw in the the oven to finish off.
so things like chicken cordon bleu, kiev, brocc and cheddar etc0 -
I marinate mine in Greek dressing, or teriaki sauce, and cook in the oven. Yum!0

Bake it 20 min on one side and then when you flip it, add salsa, bake for another 20 then add cheese on top and put it back in til the cheese melts. Yum Yum! And if you have leftovers my mom takes that chicken, cuts it up, puts it into a casserole dish with spanish rice, more salsa, and cheese on top and bakes that!0

Chicken packets:
frozen chicken breast
california blend veggies
sliced potato
sliced onion
a little butter
a little italian dressing
pinch of salt and peper
wrap in aluminum foil packet and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until the potatoes are done.0 -
Slice into thin strips, dry fry them or pan fry with a tsp of olive oil. Then use to top a nice salad - quick and easy!0

My two best friends when it comes to cooking chicken...Cayenne Pepper and Basil. Saute with a touch of olive oil, maybe some garlic and onion, mushrooms, basil and lots of Cayenne. I have fallen in love with spicy that last few months. Balsamic vinegar adds a nice flavor too and provides some moisture without the sugar from most seasoning sauces.
My kids love "mommy" chicken nuggets, which is just cut up chicken breasts tossed in bread crumbs (no egg, milk or oil to coat first), just enough sticks to change things up a bit without the massive breading coating then baked.0 -
Its not 'healthy' but Russian Chicken is my favorite way other than on the BBQ. Just google it.
And the sauce is great on mashed potatoes.0 -

Dip in dijon mustard then roll in seasoned cornmeal/flour mix. Bake. YUMMY!!!
P.S. I never have been a huge mustard fan, but this is amazing. Seriously.0 -
When im getting bored I make a chicken bake. Rice, or noodles, or quinoa, mixed with a low fat cream of __ soup, mix in a casserol dish. Layer of favorite veg ( i like broccoli or peas) and then cut up the chicken into thin strips and bake.

Chicken and cheese stuffed peppers

Chicken and cottage cheese stuffed giant pasta shells with tomato sauce...0 -

I make them into strips....a smidge of mustard rubbed on top, then rolled in panko and bake! The mustard helps Panko stick, adds some low cal flavor and makes me feel like I am enjoying bar food chicken strips that are not deep fried! YUMMY!0

Sometimes I use any laughing cow cheese ( light swiss, lite garlic and herb, or lite french onion) . I sautee a chicken breast in a tsp of olive oil and when its cooked half way through I put it in a baking dish and top it with sauteed mushrooms and red onion (sauteed only with cooking spray) and then top it with the wedge of laughing cow and bake it for about 15 minutes. It's DELICIOUS and you can top it with anything you like ( peppers, broccoli, spinach is great too!) a 4oz chicken breast cooked this way is only about 240 calories, even less if you only sautee the chicken with cooking spray and chicken broth (and its filling too ! )Looking forward to other suggestions b/c i eat A LOT of chicken and am always looking for new ideas0

There is a dry ingredient packet made by McCormicks in the isle where they sell the dry gravy packets, call Zesty Herb. I prepare it just as it is on the packet, dump it over chicken breast in the crock pot, set it on low for 8 hours and forget about it. Iit is delicious. Everyone I make it for asks for the recipe. Super easy, super yummy and I dont believe it is bad for you....but never looked at ingredients:( It can be served over brown rice, wheat noodles, mashed or just plain! Try it and let me know how you like it.0

Oh, I haven't don this is a long *kitten* time. I use to pound them out thin and stuff with goat cheese, herbs, and sun dried tomatoes. Bet I can play off of that with some turkey bacon, cottage or ricotta cheese, fresh tomatoes, and herbs on wilted spinach.

chop them up like you're gonna make a stir fry,
fry them with a dash of olive oil or canola oil and red curry paste (I like a taste of thai best)
add some veggies
pour a can of coconut milk over it and add more curry if necessary to make a nice orange spicy sauce
serve with rice
Made this the other day and I put pumpkin, asparagus and broccoli in it. Hubby asked for no pumpkin but I told him to at least try it, he pretty much licked the bowl pumpkin and all0 -

Put a few breasts in the crockpot with some bbq sauce. Cook on low 7/8 hours or high 4/5 hours. Shred for pulled chicken sandwiches, taco's or salad topping.0 -
