I would love to hear suggestions on how to make the nutrition programs work for a picky eater. I am just about the pickiest eater you'll ever meet. I am a meat and potatoes kinda girl. I don't like seafood, italian, mexican, chinese, etc. :noway: Good ol' American food for me but most of it is served plain - no mayo, ketchup, sauces, etc. I do like gravy which is a no-no. I would rather have mashed potatoes and gravy than just about any dessert out there!

I am getting ready to start Chalean Extreme and looked over the food guide, and the pics were enough to gross me out.

I have given up Mountain Dew and most of the salty snacks I used to eat. I have added fruits and am trying to eat salads (no dressing). I don't like a lot of veggies except green beans, corn, raw carrots and tomatoes (not cooked in any way). I am drinking lots of water.:drinker:

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Well, a lot of sauces and things aren't good for you anyway. I prefer my baked chicken breasts plain any day! I think just find things that you *do* like and don't worry about the ones you don't. As long as you're getting in some veggies and fruits along w/ your protein you'll be fine.

Good luck as you start CLX! I love it! I'm in week 7 now and love it!

My biggest problem seems to be keeping the sugar below the MFP amount. Obviously, fruit has natural sugar in it, so when I have OJ for breakfast then eat fruit later, I'm already over. Everything else I seem to be able to control pretty well.
