If I change my goals, is it cheating?

I wonder...I seem to be going over about 40-200 everyday on just my calories, under on fat and salt....I went into my goals and switched it from a 1250 cal diet to 1299, which brings me from a 2.0 lb loss a week to a 1.9 loss per week.........Is this cheating???? What do all of you think?
Just a note I am going over on good stuff, NOT stuff that is bad for me....primarily milk, as honey bought 2% instead of fat free and I cannot go a day without a glass.....it's not something I am willing to give up and my thoughts are I have let go of some really yummy stuff because it was just so bad for me, milk is not going anywhere.......
Thoughts?

Of course not. 1200 the absolutely minimum. As long as you are maintaining a deficit, you're fine.
I am notorious about going over calories and I had set mine to 1400 origionally. I dropped it down to 1200 and then if I went over my calories (like I do every day) I would have a buffer. So I actually end up eating about 1300 a day instead.0 -
im set to 1200 also
but
somedays i eat about 1300
and others i cant seem to eat all 1200
so it balances it self oit0 -
Not cheating one bit, and in fact, one should change their goals any time their needs change!
I've changed mine several times, and will again in the future!:drinker:0
