Do you take fish oil? If so, how many milligrams and do you notice a change??

I take about 2 g's of krill oil daily. It would be difficult to isolate the benefits of omega 3's but generaly speaking it facilitates ongoing repair and proper function. Humans are predisposed to having a ratio of omega6's and 0mega 3's in a lower ratio than the average today, which translates into better overall health.0
