Hi all! I am looking to begin zig zaging this week but need help finding good, yummy foods that will help increase my calorie count without killing me in every other way. any suggestions appreciated!

I would eat good foods that are higher in calories like bananas, broccoli and avocados. This way you're still getting in your fruits and veggies, increasing your calories and not falling into bad eating habits.

Bananas are one of my favorites. Also, check out some different breakfast cereals, like the ones from Kashi; lots of protein and fiber. I'm also a huge fan of greek yogurt which has more calcium than regular yogurt. You may also want to add some almonds for healthy oils and fiber.0
