Hey everyone. I've been using MFP for about a week and a half so far. I started working out a couple months back when I was about 198 lbs. I'm hoping to get down in the 150s, a little at a time. I'm tired of my clothes being tight or not fitting at all, tired of being self-conscious about my appearance, and tired of just being physically out of shape. My cardiovascular health has been improving but to really get where I want I know I have to change my eating habits...hence here I am. So far so good...I've been able to stick within the parameters provided by MFP for the most part though I often end up exceeding the sugar level because I've been eating a lot of fruits. I'm really not a fan of veggies so I've got to work that whole thing out.
