    Weight this week is 155. I'm technically down a half pound since I was at 155.5 last week. Not surprising with my binge eating on Friday and the amount of candy I had last week. Honestly I'm just happy I didn't gain.

    Last week I ran:
    Tuesday: 2.6 miles, 28 minutes
    Wednesday: 1.6 miles, 18 minutes
    Thursday: 2.7 miles, 35 minutes
    Saturday: 3.4 miles, 40 minutes (no stopping!)

    I also did circuit training on Tuesday for 40 minutes and Wednesday for 35 minutes.

    I haven't lost anything or exercised, but i do plan on getting the wii fit out today and getting something done!
