Another Zumba question

I've seen http://www.zumbacalories.com/ mentioned a lot on here. Does anyone know how accurate this is? It says that for 75 min. doing mid intensity I burned 1183 calories. That seems really, REALLY high to me though. I've searched the forum, but I really didn't find anything that answers my question.

I have a heart rate monitor. I weigh 150 pounds and burn around 500 calories in a good, fairly intense zumba class. I've burned up to 700 when I was more out of shape. I've burned 300 when it was lower intensity. Nothing anywhere near 1100-1200. Hope this helps somewhat.0

I'm going to try Zumba for the first time tomorrow with me SIL...I went to the website you mentioned and calculated mine. It seems like it would be fairly accurate compared to what I burn circuit training, and from what I hear Zumba is a really good workout.0
