Here lately I feel so bloated I'm not exercising like I should but I am eating healthy. What are some common foods that can cause bloating?

Fiber, gum, jalapenos, bell peppers, onions, garlic, milk (if you have an intolerance), etc... Oh, and water retention if you're not drinking enough water and/or consuming too much sodium.0
