Since I'm only allowed to due acquatics right now due to a knee replacement earlier this year, I don't listen to my ipod while in the water. LOL However, right now the top thing on my ipod right now is "Learning the Cherokee Language". My partner is part Cherokee and plays native american flutes. So we have been learning some of the language right now.0

I actually have a mix for running where the beat of the song it matched up with the beat of my feet for a 5.5 to 6.5 mile per hour pace. It's my secret for all my races; I can tell when I'm getting too slow when my feat aren't in sync with the beat...and I have OCD so I'm motivated to stay on the beat, hahaha. Some of my favorites from my running mix are:
A Favor House Atlantic - Coheed & Cambria
The Running Free - Coheed & Cambria
Snap Yo Fingers - Lil Jon
Porn Star Dancing - My Darkest Days
Girlfriend (Spanish Version) - Avril Lavigne
Yeah, I know, variety of genres.
If I'm weight-lifitng I listen mostly to Trapt, Three Days Grace, Vanna, Breaking Benjamin, Coheed & Cambria.0 -
1. Army of Me (Bjork)
2. A New Level (Pantera)
3. Anti-Pop (Primus)
Always have some Ministry in there too. Industrial is great for running, Pantera for lifting.0 -
I feel out of place here, but here's my tunes.

Zero 76 - Tiesto & Hardwell
Skyfire (Original Mix Edit) - Armin Van Buuren0 -
