most filling and healthy 200 cal ice cream sandwich ever

Have to share this recipe i just made and ate:

100 calorie blueberry whole wheat sandwich roll
1 cup 100 calorie greek yogurt
3 slices of strawberry
1/4 tablespoon peanut butter

Mix yogurt with some sweetener, freeze for 20 mins until it thickens. Then spread small amount of peanut butter on the rolls and put greek yogurt n fruits on it. It makes something that tastes like a ice cream sandwich, and around 200-230 calories. So filling too!
