Per Dr's orders, I am to eat about every 4 hours. This is to keep my sugar regualted. I am an insulin dependant diabetic. I don't know where to post food. My snack look like I am a crazy eater but I don't know where else to put them.
Does it really matter if it is posted at breakfast, lunch, or dinner as long as it is posted?

The diary is only for benefit. Set it to private if you wish, and then only you can see it, so who cares where things are put!0

You can actually add more meals/snacks in your diary settings. I just log all of my snacks in the snacks section though and sometimes it does look like I eat more snacks than meals!0

You can set up your diary to have more meals, or even timeslots. Look at mine for example.0

You don't have to stick to the "lunch", "dinner" etc presets. You can modify them using Home, settings, Food and Exercise Diary settings.0

Same as what everyone else says. Go to the above settings and select FOOD > Settings and then under Meal Names add whatever you want. Mine is like this for example:
7.30 - Breakfast
*10.30 - Brunch Snack
1.30 Pm - Lunch
*4.30 Pm - Mid Day Snack
7.30 Pm - Dinner
*10.30 Pm - After Dinner Snack
I even put asterisks next to the times that should only be a snack just to remind me.0 -
I eat about the same. Make it public, make it private, whatever you want. I believe you can just keep adding to all sections, I am unsure if there is a limit. If anybody gives you a hard time about how much you are eating, tell em to Bug Off!!0

The long answer: Make MFP work for you. One of the strengths of this site is the flexibility.
Go to Settings > Diary Settings > Meal Names section
Here you will get six "slots" that will show up as meal times in your diary. People do all kinds of different stuff here, some people tracking meals by name (breakfast, lunch, dinner, etc.), some tracking by time, some even tracking supplements along with meals.
You don't have to use all six slots, either. Sounds like you may want to set up four different time periods. You can see my food diary and how it is set up.
Note that whatever you put in the slots will be retroactive - the new labels will apply to all your previous entries. So if you decide you want the first slot to be "8am-11am" for example, and you overwrite the value that was there ("breakfast", etc.), then all of your entries that originally showed up under the previous value ("breakfast") will now show up under "8am-11am".
This usually isn't a big deal for people - going forward, everything will fall into the slots you have defined. But when you change from 3 or 4 slots to using all six, for example, it can make your old/historical data look a bit funny. All the data is there, just "filed" differently.

Tinker around the site a bit and you will see how it works. I have reset names of meals, time and everything else...sometimes on a daily basis. Now (for the last 6 months) I have No set meals. I have Food, Supplements, Liquids. Set YOUR stuff up as YOU want.0 -

I don't mind at all, enjoy! I found I've been eating much better now that I've assigned snack periods. Good luck!0
