Hi Macey I am a picky eater also Being on a diet is not easy for us0

I am super picky, but it is mostly about how things are prepared (ie. i hate most vegetables cooked, but will eat almost any of them raw or I won't eat any meat on a bone, texture has to be a certain way etc.).
If you give me some ideas about what you like/dislike I can probably help.
The biggest thing I have found is that I will eat most things that I make myself because I know how I am and can control things.
Also experimenting is the only way to really know.0 -

haha, I have a thing about cooking with those two things. I find that they always end up mush when someone else makes it and that's a thing for me in terms of texture. I started by just adding them after so they were raw and still crunchy. for instance i started with fajitas and just added them raw and slowly worked up have them in the pan for the last minute or two so get them warmed up and get a little sauce on them.
start with things your comfortable with and start trying different things on their own. with the broccoli perhaps you could start by steaming it a little and then a little more and more, add them to stir fries and things like that.
For something like stirfries. i do broccoli and carrots and the carrots, again i just add near the end so they're warm, have sauce on them, but are still crunchy and not mushy.
If you have any further questions, send me a msg (i'm bad about checking back into posts i've posted in)0
