I don't know but I know I was on Herballife for awhile and once I stopped gain it all back. For me I would tell you it's a no, with MFP I am able to eat the foods I want but just weight them. In the morning I do drink a shake and have a quaker bar. It usually holds me, for a few hours when I snack again. I eat snacks every few hours, and just stay under my points. But whatever helps you, do that.0 -
depends. is it working for you? are you loosing weight?, have more enegy?, generally feel better?, are you happy with it and satisfied? if you answer no to these questions then it's time for a change0

I had used their products before I got pregnant and I did loose a good amount of weight, but I always felt hungry. I did like the products though I though they were a tad pricey, especially to supplement with good veggies, proteins, etc.0

What life is there after Herbal Life?
Have you learned how to manage your food intake and balancing protein, carbs, fats, water and etc.?....Or do you start from scratch after Herbal Life.?
Let's face it, you cannot stay on it forever....0 -
I think it would be a good idea to make the switch to just healthy diet and exercise. Maybe wean yourself off of them by just having the breakfast shake and not lunch - instead of just quitting cold turkey. After you quit Herbalife, you'll probably want to get some sort of protein supplement, though, for before/after workouts (I use whey protein) to supplement your diet.
You won't want to use herbal life forever, but you will want to eat healthy forever - so might as well make the switch sooner rather than later while you have all the support and knowledge database here0 -
what shake do you take ?
I drink “Designer Whey Protein” and add Silk unsweetened Almond milk since it's on 35 calories per serving. The protein powder is 100 calories per scoop and low in sugar. I will tell you it took awhile for me to get use to but now it’s not a problem. I started out with Slim fast but quit that since it has tons of sugar. Oh, and I buy mine at Target, just look for low calories, sugar, higher protein to keep you full. Just try some out you'll find what works for you.0 -
So, just get a good protein drink for mornings, and i want to take the multi vitamins from herbel life though they work wonders.
So im gonna stop taking it and start really looking at what i eat for lunch and dinner.. ill do a protein shake for breakfast.0 -
Sounds like a plan, good luck, let us know how it goes. We are here for support!0

Glad to see the change....
It's important for us to learn to deal with food. As a compulsive overeater, it has certainly been a challenge for me, but each day I do seem to take another step forward.
Good Luck0
