I am on a subtle vitamin regimen (vit b6, b12, c..etc). But I am still missing a few. What is your vitamin regimen? Just curious what you're all taking out there..

-Vitamin D (my 25-hydroxy score is in the mid-70s, an optimal range)
-Dr. Weil's Magnesium/Calcium Citrate blend (highly bioavailable compared to other forms; magnesium is a co-factor in over 300 bodily processes)
-Vitamin C (haven't actually done much research on this, but it was a cheap and started taking it when I was getting sick--never got sick though!)
-Tonalin CLA (an omega-6 that many clinical studies suggest helps preserve lean muscle mass, prevent body fat accumulation if taking about 3g's worth over 3+ months; figure this works synergistically with my low-carb diet)
-Fish oil (for whenever I don't eat seafood for too long)
-RAW probiotics (diverse, balanced gut flora population is roughly 70% of one's immune health--I love me some bacteria!)

So far, I haven't been sick since January, which is when I really started doing my supplement research.

I also have not been sick since I have been on my VitaminD supplementation for over 2 years. I was never someone that got sick real often but typically would have 5-6 colds a year.
