Sugar overdose

Hi All,

I am new (4 weeks) to MFP and am absolutely loving it! I have a question about the food tracker that I am hoping others may be able to assist me in understanding;

I always seem to go over my sugar allowance, but thats because I eat two pieces of fruit a day plus incidentals in my other foods such as bread etc, is the sugar from fruit bad??
Also if I have overshot my sugar allowance does it then calculate into extra calories automatically?

Hope I make sense. Would love some feedback.

:)

    I never look at my sugar. Naturally occurring sugar is fine... just watched refined sugar! I'm always obscenely high in my sugar because I eat so much fruit, and have never had a problem :D

    Thanks for that, and yes that is what I thought, but then I'm not really the best food judge otherwise I wouldn't be on here in the first place tee hee. Even though I am eating more sugar than recommended I am losing weight also. If it ain't broke I guess. :)
