I've been on this year and a half long trek to rid myself of dairy. It has pretty much sucked, from the aspect of someone who absolutely loves everything cheese. But I have had to let it out of my diet due to allergies, which means pretty much making all my own food at home or being really careful when I go out to eat. Being healthy is a long hard journey and I feel my biggest pitfall is attempting to eat "just a littlel" dairy and going horribly wrong and/or rewarding my workouts with fast food. On the other hand I'm a very healthy person, I just don't workout as much as I should and then get mad that I've gained some pounds. I've stopped weighing myself often, because I find the more I workout the more muscle weight I gain.

I'm in need of new friends on this site to keep me motivated. All my friends constantly give me the pat on the back "you look great, you don't need to workout" sch-peel. I don't workout because I think I'm fat, I workout because it's healthy and leads to a longer and healthier life. So anyone who'd like to share stories and keep each other motivated, wanna be myfitnesspal friends??
