Hi guys,
A while back someone recommended some books for women interested in beginning to lift weights. There was also one for men and one for something - ie a series of them. I was going to buy them but now cant remember the name!
Any ideas?
Brooke

Haha, yeah I am a uni student, no stranger to lifting massive books (only wish that the reading was half as easy as the lifting haha!!).0
