I live in Washington state, yep, the rainy place.
This summer I bought a Trek bike-love it- but now have to think about indoor biking.
Can anyone suggest a trainer that is easy to set up and use? but not very expensive?

It's worth investing in a decent one. With bike trainers it is very much a case of you get what you pay for. You may check Craigslist.0

I have a Blackburn Trackstand that is several years old and I love it. I think this is the new version of it. It's very sturdy and easy to use.

I am currently on a 310 day cycling streak and while the majority of that has been outdoors, when the climate turns bad I mount my trusty CycleOps Fluid Pro 2. It costs around $290, but there are models down to $99. However, as pointed out earlier, you get what you pay for.0
