I still take prenatals...but if I don't take them for a couple days and then start again I get pregnancy symptoms. Other then that, they work just fine for me!

i'm trying to achieve the feeling that i'm not missing any vitamin from my diet.. my nails and hair to be better, to not feel tired or rundown due to lack of whatever it may be. to fuel my body the best way i can.. if any of that made sense. lol :P

I've tried many different types of vitamins on and off for years. They either made me sick, or gave me a stomach ache so I would quit. About a month ago I asked my Health Coach and she gave me a couple of suggestions. Finally found one called Vita*min at
Kmart. So far the results have been very good, no upset stomach and I also take 1000 mg of vitamin D (as directed by my Doctor)

i read that most prenatals have everything a woman may need.. makes a lot of sense lol.. i might give it a try. i've never been pregnant before, so if i do end up trying them... i'm gonna try my hardest not to miss a day. :)
