Hey so I started this after a friend suggested it a few months ago but really didn't do anything with it. But now I'm actually getting serious about getting back in shape and getting healthier so I thought I should start being more active in the group as well. My ultimate goal would be to be back in the tip top shape I used to be in and hopefully run my first half marathon sometime next year. Good luck to everyone getting fit!
