Okay, the thread titled "Twas the month after Christmas"

prompted this little ditty, but wanted to start a new thread to just enourage everyone in starting a new month. All the best!
Twas the Month after January...
The month of February's gonna be rough
The going's not easy - you gotta be tough
The longer you do it the better you feel
So eat all your calories! Plan every meal!
Eat less and move more, that is the plan
for all on this site, every woman and man!
Cuz we all wanna have a better vision of self-
And we call on each other when we need help!
So look forward, be strong- I know you can do it,
Just follow your plan, that's all there is to it!
And when you need strength, just look here for me
