Up late counting calories!

Went overboard with fats and proteins but still had 90 calories left for carbs...............think I'll pass

I pass on a few carbs every day just about... I just don't skimp on the protein on days I work out (most days) and fats - well they take care of themselves pretty good, oddly enough, LOL!0

In the end isn't it the calories that count? Keep tracking and tomorrow is a new day to try again to make your nutrition goals.0

If you're still using the MFP default, you WANT to go over in protein. They have it way too low to begin with.0
