Hey everyone!
I'm in one of those ruts where I've been eating bad for the last couple of weeks (ever since my fall vacation in the mountains) and I just cannot seem to get out of it. I'd love to wake up tomorrow feeling refreshed and motivated - eat healthy and get to the gym! Anybody want to throw out some motivation? I'd really appreciate it. I'm feeling pretty depressed today... especially since I've gained 5 pounds in the last 2 weeks. Thanks guys!!! And feel free to add me as a friend : )

I will pray for you to wake up with a renewed motivation! You can do this, and remember, you might not feel like doing it, but if you do, you will feel sooooo much better and want to do it the next day, starting is the hardest part. Don't beat yourself up about yesterday, do what's right today and tomorrow will be better0

You're doing the hardest part now - deciding that you'll start. When you're under way and logging everything it's easy to make the right food choices. Be brave and take the first step. Just try eating under your goal tomorrow, and do some exercise if you feel like earning yourself an extra treat. I'll friend you and I'll expect to see an update on my news feed tomorrow!0

I'd suggest taking 10 minutes and planning out exactly what you'll eat tomorrow. No surprises, no wondering what to eat, just a simple plan giving you a step by step layout of your consumption. Then stick to it. Good luck, it's all worth it.0

Hi, sometimes I have motivation problems with things like getting work done and anxiety. I find a good way for me to get to a good start is, the night before right before I fall asleep I think about how great my day is going to be. I am going to wake up early and feel good. I just repeat things like that over and over, and when I wake up I am usually in a good mood and get a lot done. I am going to start doing the same with eating healthy and exercise. Good Luck!0

Don't wait to feel motivated, just make a plan and do it even if you don't feel like it.
Decide what you are going to do, get ready (have your exercise gear ready, socks, shoes, undies everything) and just do it without giving yourself time to change your mind.
Good luck!0 -
Thanks everyone! I really appreciate all of the motivation and help. Doing great so far today, and I'm going to keep it up. Hope you all are doing well today too!0
