    checking in for week 2...sorry for the delay! :)

    Weight Loss Format
    ================
    Start Weight: 188.1
    Challenge Goal Weight: 183
    Week 2: LOSS/GAIN: -1lb (at 187.1 now)


    Personal Goal Format
    =================
    Week 1 goals:
    -To cook at least 3 times a week: I managed to cook twice! Not the best but oh well, better than nothing! :)
    -To run at least twice a week: ran/jogged with my dog on the rare days when it wasn't raining. I think that was only 2-3 days out of the entire week.
    -To continue Insanity: on my 3rd week now...almost halfway there!

    Week 2 goals:
    -similar to Week 1, which is to cook my meals and run jog.
    -get more protein into my diet. (aim to hit 20-30% of my daily calorie intake)
