Numbers don't match.

Did a bit of number crunching. According to the calories eaten vs calories burned the last 22 days I should have lost 1.7 kgs/3.8 lbs but I lost 0.7 kg/ 1.54 lbs. 40% of what I should have lost. Average calories consumed 1828 and average calories burned 612, Net 1216. I have set myself on sedentary and log my bike ride, walks and exercises with a heart rate monitor.
I am sure my diet is not perfect and I am not eating the right amount of meals and calories but I really will go crazy if I have to be any more strict with myself. I am going to accept that my efforts yield only 40% of the result it should and that's it.

I've experienced the same thing. Mine might even be more extreme than yours. It's just the way the cookie crumbles..0

I have found that if you don't add the calories for the exercise you did you will lose the weight.0

Eating 1200 calories a day used to be a feat I used to perform earlier in my life. Not possible anymore. I don't have that much will power.0

Unfortunately our bodies dont work mathematically!
Netting 1200 cals isnt a huge amount when burning 600 cals per day. Your body may be more willing to give up the fat if you are eating a bit more? Maybe try netting 1400 for a while and see if that helps?0 -
Perhaps you gained muscle?0

thats fine if you are very overweight, which the OP doesnt seem to be from her pic.
and its ok if you dont want any muscle tone!0 -
oops! stupid slow internet at lunchtime!0

Eating more is something I am always up for
. Sure I will try netting 1400. I have noticed feeling dizzy once in a while so maybe I am not getting enough food. I am measuring body fat / muscles with measurements and I have gained only 300 grams of muscles
.

i've noticed a similar thing where you enter all your food and exercise and the magical calculator on MFP says "you should weigh XXX lbs in 5 weeks" - unfortuntely i have been sticking fairly closely to my recommended calorie intake AND actually exercising (and occasionally eating back the majority of my exercise calories) and the scale hasn't moved (up or down) in probably a few months. all i wanted was to lose 5 more pounds by my 30th birthday, but at this point I doubt i can lose 5 pounds in 17 days.0

@krnlcsf Yes it's very weird how things work. I sometimes hope that I will have one of those results that some people have where you wake up one morning and have lost all the weight due to you and look much leaner overnight. It does happen to some people as far as I have read around.
P.S: The picture on the profile is of me at 139 lbs, right now I am at 147. I had gained to 158 lbs so that's why I came here to lose. I would love to get back to 139.0 -
I actually think You are eating close to your maintenance and you are really eating loads of starchy carbs.
Try to replace breads every other day with green vegetables.
Change up your workouts do HIIT 30 sec sprint 30 second rest. Start from 5-15min and try to push it up to 30 minutes as weeks go.0 -
That looks fine. Error in both food consumed and exercise calories burned are generally out by quite a bit...personally I think you got pretty close to where you wanted to be.0
