So basically the only scales in our house is a pair of leccy ones, and I think they're stupid. I have to weigh myself about ten times just to check its right cos it comes up with ERROR every few tries. Anyway today I weighed myself and it fluctuated crazier than usual
9:3.5
9.7
9.5
9:4.5
9:4.5
9:4.5
9:4.5
9.3
WHAT THE HELL
WHY WOULD IT CONFUSE ME SO?
Shall I ignore all of the above or believe the one that cropped up the most?
I was like 9.6 last time I weighed myself
(Its in stones btw)

Id suggest investing in a new pair of scales
I had some cheap ones from Argos and they add an extra stone and a half onto my weight. Those are some crappy scales.

OMG!... i'm beginning to wonder now if my body fat scales are the ones that are right and the cheaper ones wrong!... sure I got my digital ones from argos originally and I sometimes get differences of over a stone between them and the body fat scales which cost more... i mean i got mine off ebay for like £40 but they were meant to be £70 so assumed they were really good ones.
The 'argos scales' weigh me at 11st 2 yesterday 11st 4 today... body fat scales weigh me in the 10st region.... most frequently around 10st 6 recently. .. I have the body fat scales on regular setting,,, don't know if the 'athlete mode' will give me a different reading closer to the digital scales..which I always assumed are giving me the right weight as I couldn't believe I was so light with the others!0 -

My wii fit weighs me in at just under 13stone. My argos scales (which cost about a 5iver) weigh me in at just under 15 stone. I choose to believe the wii fit rather than the argos scales. Still i sometimes weigh myself on the cheap scales as a motivation to get my but down the gym.0
