I don't, but I'd be interested in knowing too, since I row while I'm at the gym.

Wouldn't it depend on your resistance, intensity of the stroke, form, height, speed etc?
I row around 2:15-2:30/500m. That means I row a mile, or 1600m, between 6:45-7:30. I've noticed that my strokes/min fluctuates b/w 24-30spm, and the faster I row, the higher my spm. That means, roughly, that my faster miles are around 200 strokes/mile, and my slower miles are around 225 strokes/mile. Are you using a Concept2 machine? Set the workout to record your spm, distance and time. From those data points, you can figure out your strokes/mile. For reference, I'm 5'7'' and am a novice rower.0 -
I find, 120 full pressure stroke gets me over the 1000 m mark with little energy in a race, so go with maybe 150 for erg training, etc?0

If you have a concept 2 machine the number of strokes will depend on how hard you work and what your stroke rate is. I can do a mile (1609m) in about 5:50 if going flat out taking 30+ strokes every minute - so about 180 strokes. If I'm doing a more steady mile it will take just under 7 minutes but I will only be doing 20 strokes a minute so about 140 strokes.
The thing to remember is the concept 2 measures how hard you work. The more effort you put in the stroke the further you will go. Some other more basic machines just assume you go so far per stroke. So it might say you do 10m every stroke no matter how much effort you put in which is not very useful.0
