I can do this . . it really does work

Hi Folks,

So I'm 4 weeks into my first ever attempt at a diet, and I'm so pleased with the results so far. I'm just over 6 kgs down on my starting weight, so that's almost 14lb (or 1 stone) down already.

I've consistently come in under my calorie target and stuck to my exercise regime (just cardio at this point). I've not felt hungry once, the weight is coming off and I feel more energetic. As a friend of mine said, you're effectively re-programming your body. I'm having a reboot at 39 years old !

I have a mini target now of getting sub 100 kgs, then onward to my main target of 90 kgs. Beyond that we'll see, maybe 85 kgs.

Starting weight 107.3kg (16 stone 12.6 lb or 236.6 lbs)
Current weight 101.1kg (15 stone 13.1 lb or 223.1 lbs)
1st Target 90kg (14 stone 2.4 lb or 198.4 lbs)
2nd target . . . we'll see

    Awesome work, keep it up. I love MFP, You see how much I have lost in a month and a half. That is walking and eating my allowed calories every day. Change up your exercise every cpl weeks for a few days, I have hit a wall so I have started changing what I am doing a little. Keeps your body confused so it keeps working.
