Strength Training vs Circuit

Not sure if this is the place to post this, but maybe someone can give me a clear answer. Since I have started working with a personal trainer I have added it to MFP under Strength Training. Last night I was looking at Circuit training and it gave me 200+ more calories that I would burn in a 30 minute workout. So which one do I use? I asked my trainer this morning his definition of his workout and he said it's a mixture. His goal is to keep my heart rate up the entire time. We use free weights, kettle bells, standing punching bag, bosu ball, tire, sledge hammer, etc....he varies my workout each time. I am just confused. Any help would be appreciated.

Id Put it Under Circuit training0

With the things you do I would add it as circuit training (if you don't have an HRM to go by). I put strength training when I'm just sitting there at a maching lifting weights.0
