I just started a new job after being a Stay at Home Mom for 15 months. I love my new job especially since my 2 1/2 year old is in the same building! However I cannot find the time to workout. He and I wake up at 6 and he wont fall asleep until 11pm. (Im hoping once he's used to the new schedule he'll go back to his normal sleeping schedule.)
For all those working moms out there what type of workout routine works best for you?!?

I go to the gym that thankfully has a daycare. I take my 2 boys with me when I go to a class or meet with my personal trainer.
Before when i didnt go to the gym, I would wait til my younger son went to bed (8pm) and then would pop in a workout dvd. I would try to get your little one on a good sleep schedule and then start working out. For now, just eat as healthy as you can0
