hey everyone! i would love to have some friends that i can share ideas with on this website. i've done ww before and a few other diets, but i just decided to get back to the basics of calorie-counting! i'm excited about my last 4 days of walking and eating well! i have about 30lbs to lose and i want to finally get a handle on this part of my life!
i want to have some friends who have this goal in common with me!

    I also went through the WW point counting and though I lost some weight I feel as you stated that I needed to get back to the basics. Would be happy to be added as a friend so please feel free to add me
