Hello all,

I'm so glad I found this site! It's terrific!

I'm bound and determined to change my wicked ways .... lol! Seriously, though, I want to get on the road to health and better nutrition.

I've already introduced this site to one of my co-workers and my daughter. So, we'll be able to cheer each other on.

Good luck to everyone! I hope that 2008 brings health and happiness!!

I'm off to start my lunch hour power walk!
