I keep gaining a pound every time I lose a pound or two. Not sure what I am doing wrong! This is getting discouraging, I have over a 100 lbs to lose! Any advice or tips would be great! I keep my sodium low usually around 1500-2000 mg a day as well and drink tons of water. Yesterday I did not get in all my calories, I was about 500-600 short, would this make me gain weight? Thanks in advance for the help! I also made my diary public as well :)

If you are weighing every day you will see a fluctuation everyday depending on what and when you ate, and when you weighed etc. What I do to battle this is I only tell myself or anyone else for that matter a new weight if I have seen it two day in a row. For example when I see 215 for the first time I won't really believe or celebrate it until I see it again the next day or two. Another solution is to only weigh once a week and you won't see as much fluctuation. Either way keep up the good work and keep heading the right direction!
  • Possibly not eating enough calories. Maybe try and cut your carbs in the calories you do eat down a little. Are you exercising? If you are, then I'd say you definitely need to eat some of your exercise calories back. Stick with it, it'll come.
