Food & Fitness Weekly Challenges group

I was going to post a new challenge in the forum, but realised that groups have just been launched!
So I had a bit of a dabble, and have created a new group called 'Food & Fitness Weekly Challenges' if anyone is interested in joining?

Every week, two challenges will be available to members. One for your diet and one for your fitness. Feel free to do either challenge, or both, or you can even sit out for a week! There will be winners each week depending on the challenge, and overall winners at the end of the month and at the end of the year!

For example, the fitness challenge could be something like complete as many pushups as you can in a week, and the diet challenge could be something like don't eat anything after 8pm this week.
